FREE COMIC BOOK DAY 2023!!!

Let the annual celebration of reading and comics begin! The first Saturday of May is FREE COMIC BOOK DAY #FCBD and there are FREE comics rated all-ages, general audiences, and mature readers. Something for EVERYONE!

That’s not all we’re giving away at RT HQ… in addition to FREE COMICS we are:

• Giving away DOOR PRIZES valued at $100 each!
• We’re hosting a pop-up ESCAPE ROOM for you to try!
• There will also be our annual store-wide SALE!

And if you’re feeling charitable after all those giveaways and want to get in on the fun…

We’re accepting donations to the Edmonton Food Bank (cash and non-perishables) in exchange for original artwork from local artists!

• Bring a donation for the Edmonton Food Bank and give it to our volunteers.
• The volunteers will give you a commission slip based on the value of your donation:
  • Small B&W Sketch for a $15 donation
  • Small Colour Sketch for a $30 donation
  • Large B&W Sketch for a $25 donation
  • Large Colour Sketch for a $50 donation
• Give the slip to the local Artist of your choice:

We have something you won't find anywhere else... A custom designed POP UP ESCAPE ROOM! 

Created by an RT regluar, long time supporter, and game designer we're excited to have Matthew share this unique experience with you all!

The challenge is this: you have TEN MINUTES until your friends arrive to pick you up for the Comic Convention but where did you put those VIP Passes? Unlock the clues, solve the puzzles, and get to comic con!
